Alex Dombrandt Faces Long ACL Recovery After England Test Injury

Dombrandt had been one of Harlequins’ most dynamic centres at the start of the season. During England’s test against France XV he suffered a left‑knee ACL rupture, requiring surgery and an extensive rehabilitation programme.

The injury will force the club to reshuffle its attacking line‑up, giving backup players a larger role. Medical staff estimate a 12‑14 month recovery, with full match fitness expected to return gradually.
