Ander Mirambell loses IBSF presidential election race
Heike Groesswang was elected as the new IBSF president while Ander Mirambell claimed the federation was not ready for change. Mirambell finished second in the voting held in Salzburg behind the incumbent secretary general.
He argued that the federation preferred continuity over his modernization project. Groesswang won the first round of voting with a significant majority.
