Elisa Mouilaá has again refused to appear in court for her defamation case against Íñigo Errejón, marking a third non‑appearance. Her legal team says she is based in Dubai for a filming project and that connectivity issues in the Red Sea region limit her to a video testimony.

Previously she cited medical leave to avoid the hearings. This time travel constraints were added as a further excuse.
