Ex-Tudelano President Ramon Lazaro Released on Bail
Former CD Tudelano president Ramon Lazaro has been granted provisional release with strict conditions while facing charges including criminal organization and fraud. The court in Tudela ordered him to surrender his passport and appear in court twice a month.
