Glenn Nyberg, born 12 October 1988, has been named the referee for the upcoming World Cup encounter between Spain and Austria in Los Angeles. The Swedish official previously officiated Spain's 1‑0 win over Albania at Euro 2024 and the 2‑2 draw with the Netherlands in the 2025 Nations League, among other high‑profile matches.
