Ilya Mikheyev signs four-year deal with Lightning
The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed unrestricted free agent Ilya Mikheyev to a four-year contract. The deal carries an average annual value of $3.
85 million. Mikheyev previously played for the Chicago Blackhawks last season.
