Nice Makes Transfer Offer for Beşiktaş Midfielder Emirhan Topçu
Beşiktaş announced that midfielder Emirhan Topçu, whose season fell short of expectations, is now the focus of French side Nice. The club in Nice has confirmed that they are working on a formal transfer proposal for the Turkish player.
