Plaza de Espana Prepares to Host Fourth Edition of Sports Night

Plaza de Espana in Madrid is preparing to serve as the epicentre of the upcoming fourth edition of Sports Night. Located in the heart of the capital between Gran Via and Calle de la Princesa, the large landscaped square will host numerous activities.

The event is scheduled to take place on September 26, running from eight o'clock in the evening until one in the morning. Visitors will be able to participate in various sports shows and physical training sessions organized by local sports centres.

Forus sports centres will lead high-intensity zumba and body combat group workouts combining martial arts movements to music. Participants can also test their athletic capacity through a special circuit simulating professional sports training.

Additionally, the Spanish Basketball Federation will organize a special basketball exhibition for attendees. Finally, the Brooklyng gymnasium will introduce fitness enthusiasts to the fundamental keys of starting out in fitboxing.
