Racing adopts AI platform INN360 to transform youth development

Racing has introduced the AI‑driven INN360 platform to centralise physical, tactical, nutritional and psychological data, aiming to modernise its academy training and scouting processes. The system enables coaches to monitor player development in real time and design bespoke training regimes.

By integrating nutrition and medical information, INN360 offers a holistic view of each prospect’s progress. Racing intends to accelerate the transition of youth talents to the senior squad using this technology.
