Red Bull hire Mercedes scout Gwen Lagrue as junior programme director
Red Bull has confirmed the appointment of Mercedes lead talent scout Gwen Lagrue. He will take over as director of the Red Bull junior programme at the start of next year.
Lagrue was responsible for signing George Russell and Kimi Antonelli. This move marks a significant step in strengthening Red Bull's driver development pathway.
