Unicaja kicks off 2026‑27 pre‑season with Costa del Sol tournament and Melilla friendly
Under new head coach Txus Vidorreta, the club completed medical examinations between 17 and 19 August before starting training on the 20th. The highlight of the schedule is the XV Costa del Sol tournament, where Unicaja will face La Laguna Tenerife and Real Madrid, followed by a friendly against Melilla Ciudad del Deporte in the Memorial Javier Imbroda on 30 August.
The team aims to sharpen both defensive and offensive units ahead of the Liga Endesa campaign. Fans are eager to see the opening session at the Martín Carpena arena.
