Nearly 2000 days have passed since Zinedine Zidane last managed a football match, giving him ample time to prepare for taking over the French national team. Reports in France indicate that his primary objective is to restore the original version of Kylian Mbappe on the pitch.

The first test under his guidance will take place against Turkey in the opening match of the UEFA Nations League. Despite missing the initial training session due to a flu, the star forward is expected to feature in the starting lineup.
